• Any changes to the job scope after booking may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before any work commences.

• Prices are subject to site surveys where required. If significant discrepancies are found between the provided information and actual site conditions, we reserve the right to revise the price or cancel the booking.

4. Booking and Payment

• At present, we do not accept payments online. Customers will be required to make payment directly to the assigned contractor upon completion of the work.

• Booking through Garoof Ltd does not form a direct contractual relationship between the customer and Garoof Ltd. Instead, the contract for services exists between the customer and the assigned contractor.

• We may charge an administrative fee for arranging the service, which will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.

5. Contractor Engagement

• All roofing contractors engaged through our platform are independent third-party businesses.

• While we take reasonable steps to ensure that our contractors are qualified and reputable, we do not accept liability for their workmanship, conduct, or delays.

• Any disputes regarding the quality of work, materials, or completion of services should be addressed directly with the assigned contractor.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customers may cancel their booking at any time before work commences.

• If a customer cancels after a contractor has been dispatched to the site, a call-out fee may apply.

• If a contractor is unable to complete the work due to unforeseen site conditions, Garoof Ltd will attempt to find an alternative contractor. If this is not possible, a full refund of any fees paid to Garoof Ltd (excluding third-party costs) will be provided.

7. Liability and Warranties

• Garoof Ltd is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the work carried out by the assigned contractor.

• Contractors may offer their own warranties, and customers should obtain details directly from them.

• We do not provide guarantees on the durability, materials, or workmanship of the contractor.

8. Complaints and Disputes

• In the event of a dispute, customers should first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the assigned contractor.

• If an issue remains unresolved, Garoof Ltd will assist in facilitating communication but is not liable for resolving disputes.
